Black Bean and Avocado Salad


Ingredients:

1 15oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 Cup red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 Cup red onion (chopped)
1 whole jalapeno pepper seeded (chopped)- optional
1 avocado (diced)
1/4 fresh cilantro (chopped)
4 Tablespoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon salt
6 Cups greens

Instructions:

1. Place 6 ingredients in a bowl
2. In a separate bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil and seasonings
3.Pour the mixture over the black bean mixture.
4. Pour amount desired over a bowl of greens
